We’ve been interrupted in our daily posts for a couple of weeks, and might backfill some tasks. But now we’re back on schedule and raring to #resist.
Today’s task is to take a look at this story in the Washington Post and get re-energized about calling, writing, marching. It may seem solitary. It may seem pointless. It’s not — it’s making a difference. Congressmen (and I mean men – GOP men) are already starting to think twice.
And note this passage:
The calls to Pruitt’s main line, 202-564-4700, reached such a high volume by Friday that agency officials created an impromptu call center, according to three agency employees. The officials asked for anonymity out of fear of retaliation.
Go ahead — call the number! It doesn’t matter if you are blocked. You’ll have done it.
